  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparing the Cake Batter

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the milk, eggs, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Creating the Cinnamon Swirl

  • In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until it forms a smooth paste.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture onto the batter.
  • Use a butter knife to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter, creating a marbled effect.

Baking the Cake

  • Bake the cake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
