Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and paprika.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and let the sauce simmer for another minute.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the garlic butter sauce over the chicken, and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the chicken is well-coated.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
