- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparing the Crust
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pie crust and press it into a greased pie dish. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling.
Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes, then set it aside to cool.
Making the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
Fold in the diced ham, shredded cheddar, green onions, and jalapeños (if using). Season with salt and black pepper.
Baking the Quiche
Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle additional cheddar on top for a golden, cheesy finish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
