Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparing the Crust

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pie crust and press it into a greased pie dish. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling.
  • Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes, then set it aside to cool.

Making the Filling
